Creepy mikrosvět obývaný „blázny“ z ústavu Saint Mary Bethlehem v Londýně. Jeho vládcem je Mad Tom of Bedlam.

Vstup vede skrz muzeum blázince.

Blázinec se původně jmenoval porůznu: St. Mary Bethlehem, Bethlem Hospital, Bethlehem Hospital a - neformálně, ale nejznáměji pak - Bedlam.

Dnešní název je Bethlem Royal Hospital.
